Building Trust

When R Freedoms gives you a new client we ask that you go out and shake hands and provide them with a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis). If you provide your clients with a newsletter, add your R Freedoms clients to the roster! The best time to ask your new client for a referral is when you provide them their annual report including: a CMA; Insurance to Valuation Questionnaire; Means to access equity in property; Loan to Valuation (Discontinue Private Mortgage Insurance); and latest pertinent information about market conditions, legislative actions, etc.

Non Lender Work

0.7% of people are either Attorneys, CPA’s, or CFP’s. Therefore, when you have 1,000 people in your market from your group you will have approximately 7 new clients that will use YOU for their non-lender work. This means better clients with higher fees and reasonable turn-around times.

Fees
